Prices are quoted per piece against the specification confirmed in writing. Because material grade, dimensions, hardness and finish all affect cost, we do not publish a fixed price list — every enquiry receives a written quotation.

An order is confirmed once a written purchase order and the agreed advance are received. Specifications frozen at that point govern production.
Custom parts are made against the approved drawing or physical sample supplied by the buyer. Approval of the first article is required before bulk production.
Where tolerances are not specified, standard shop tolerances apply. Weight and dimensional variation within accepted engineering limits is not a ground for rejection.
Components are warranted against manufacturing and material defects. Wear, misuse, overloading, incorrect fitment or modification is not covered.
Material must be inspected on receipt. Any shortage, transit damage or quality claim should be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
Standard catalogue items may be returned unused and in original condition within 7 days with prior approval. Custom-made items are not returnable.
Goods travel at the buyer's risk once handed to the transporter. Transit insurance can be arranged on request at the buyer's cost.
Delivery dates are estimates in good faith. Delays caused by power outages, raw material shortage, strikes or force majeure events are excluded.
Orders under production may be cancelled only against payment for work already completed and material already committed.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location in Punjab, India.
